Trading on "Instynct" (NQ)

Pretty fustrated right now. First trade was good. Second trade was too early and I got out quickly so I was ok with that. Third trade clearly I was not adhering to my rule. Fourth trade, I fumbled it.

 

I hear you. The 3rd trade was a long, but wasn't your bias down?

 

Bias was down all morning for both NQ and ES, but I thought I was smarter than the market on the third trade.

 

And which of us traders has never thought that !

 

Tough a.m. for me too. Thought i had some decent entries but I didn't get the follow through i expected.
