hi folks, it is well known that property has a well defined trend that lasts for years. it would be a good idea to focus on different countries around the world and jump in with an investment if the trend is up 5-10% and the fundamentals are in agreement. not so keen myself to focus on real estate companies, but would love to know about indexes anywhere in the world that could be traded on. so for instance not a property company in Germany, but an country index of German propery. Does anybody know if indexes like that exist and also if they are tradable? dont have my hopes up high that anybody knows this.
