Instead of just movies, what other good documentaries are there? Not if they were leasing it. That budget seems right. Afterall, it was pretty much filmed inside an office. Their highest capital cost is the crew and actors.
Watching Wall Street Warriors on Hulu is great Sunday viewing. Beats hell out of sitcom re-runs and old turner classic's (I have an account but I think WsW is offered for free) "You should wake in the morning with an immediate fear of dread no matter what" lol
