It's been out of print for awhile, and used copies are in high demand (Amazon used to post how many people were waiting in line for used copies, and I think it was something like 70 for this book). MD-doc and Chris, I emailed Global Investor Bookshop (Chris' link) in mid-November. Nice folks, they're in England, this is the response I got: "Thank you for your enquiry, but unfortunately I will not be able to locate a copy of this book for you."
