    Dgzadok,

Can you say in essence what Mr.Coleman was
charged with and the consequences of this ?

My English is not that good that I understand
the details of this report on Mr. Coleman.

Like I said, do your investigation and Dave
    did it !

Dude... did you read the articles?

He made what were considered by the FTC to be FALSE claims regarding the success and profitability of his "systems"...

in other words, he lied about how much money you can make paying $1000s for his software and signal services :)

    Happy Trading!!!!

    Dgzadok,

No, I didn't read the complete record !
    Just a quick look.

I'm from Belgium. I'm not an expert in
law terms like the one in the report.

    Give me a break ! :0)

    Sabena,

I have now lost all respect for you and your posts. Your previous contributions to elitetrader seemed to be legit but out of the blue you recommend this service which is an obvious scam. Lets post some quotes from this guy's website:

"Still searching for the 'Holy Grail?"

"Day Trading Home Study Course Reveals All"

"The results of my testing will SHOCK you!"

This guy have the typical testimonials from Joe Schmo and of course you get a "Free Gift" if you sign up for the course plus TWO extra bonuses. Wow, does this sound like an infomerical or what? It only costs $1477, what a deal!

Lets not even mention the fact that this guy has been investigated by the FTC and SEC. Yet you seem to think this guy is perfect for newbies who don't know anything.

Time to add someone new to the ignore list.

  7. I sure hope you were fooled and weren't trying to take part in the fooling. Either way it is a lesson to all of us to be wary. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!

    Stockman and to all other's,

I disrecommend this Mr. Coleman and his
apparently dubious claims about his systems

I have followed his live signal's in
the winter of 99 and those where profitable
And from all the E-mail's we exchanged
I "had" the impression that he was known-
ledgable and honest in his claims.

Like I said, I didn't buy any materials from
    him.

Still that doesn't want to say that his course
    is "crap".

From the reports I have read now by the Commis-
sion, I have another impression so "newbies"
    be carefull.....

If Baron put's me on the ignore list, well,
then you lose some value. I am a consistent
profitable trader and have some good insights
    I believe.

It's the first time, I read those rapports
    about Mr. Coleman.

Anyway, before I would buy something from
anyone, I would do a torough research.

Honestly, I'm surprised about this all.

This was a losing "trade" , probably.....

    My apologies to all !

    You known what ?

After the trial of his live advisory, I told
him that I didn't want to extend the service
because I was making myself more points than
he. When I told him how much, he couldn't
believe it, so I sent out my signals to him.
Then he offered me a deal. I would do the live
service of sending out the signals and he
would do the teaching and selling of his
    systems.

He offered me a 50:50 split of profits but
I didn't accept not because I was not
interested but I had other plan's.(going
    proprietary)

If anyone wants proof of this, i will forward
    the E-mail to him.
