  7. Ok guys I've traded for 8 days, as you know I've been trying to post real time the entries, the exits, the change of stops etc. It's kind of tiring especially for Nasdaq that jumps 10 points while I'm writing the posts. So I will be pausing this diary for a while. Plus there's some new entry strategies that I'd like to work on, doubt they will be some kind of holy grails but maybe just maybe can improve my trading skills.

Thank you for all the likes and time spent reading my journal!

8 days +$8,575, luckily I am not at -$8000, which would have made me an easy sandbag here I think lol

    You are doing great!

Although we are day traders trading futures, we have different trading strategy/style.

Anyway, you should be able to increase your lot size soon.

I wonder how you achieve to risk only 10pts (100/200$) on some of your NQ trades ^^

Guess this is not the initial risk but some kind of moving stop closer to BE ?

  10. I do risk more than 10 points most of the times but sometimes yes I enter with stop of 10 points or less. My approach e.g. Nasdaq is going up, then I wait for it to come up to a strong resistance level pre-drawn. After that I carefully look at the candles, once I think that it met resistance and it's starting to show signs of going down I short it with 10 points of risk which most of the time is the highest price reached in that resistance range. 10 points risk for a possible 200 points of reward is always a super dopamine charge for my brain lol
