normally the wick burns out, however, on just about any timeframe (1min, 3min, 5min, 15min, etc.) there are long tails on these candles. chartists will tell you that this means? (what, chartists?) .. high volitility ..sharp price movements ..scalping or step aside trading is advised
DELL - Tested lows in the $24 area and is heading towards $30 which is Jan high. A breakout is likely which should send this stock to $34. This isn't an intraday play.
