We very well may see triple digits on the Naz by mid to late next year. That would be the best scenario so all these stocks can get washed out and basically start over which would fuel valid bullish sentiment. When that happens I will accumulate many solid stocks for the long term (I actually mean long term.... 1-5 year hold). I don't think we'll see a true market recovery that is sustained for another 2-3 years. Of course this only matters to investors, but for those who don't short, you need to learn or stop trading for quite a while.

  2. Seanote,

Which commodity s/w are you demo'ing? I agree that it is a good idea to have your toe in different markets. We could be in for a long dry spell in stocks.

This is very basic but I found this website that's free and tracks your portfolio and P&L. The "software" is true software but more of real time tracking of your results with all the different vehicles.
