Today the Dow and Naz touched Sep. lows and final support level. Next week will obviously be very crucial for the market's outlook over the next couple weeks.

Sorry Seanote, I'm new to this board and just wanted to give my .02 worth. By the way, I've been watching your posts for about 2 months now and have learned a tremendous amount of trading knowledge. I've traded for about 2 years and wasn't doing very well and your explanations have cleared up a lot of questions I had and spurred additional questions I didn't know to ask. Thanks for all the time you've dedicated to this board and I look forward to future posts!

No worries at all. Feel free to post any questions you have. I actually use a similar posting strategy when it comes to working orders.

Sorry to bother anybody on this thread. But if you have time and sales could you help me. I tried to sell my TYC at 13.95 after 3 PM.
It was the bid at the time. In a heartbeat I saw my screen drop to 13.80. Naturally I did not get a fill. Could this be right????

Seanote you are doing great. But I can't trade those volatile
issues that you are playing like a violin.

"Final Support Level?" Care to post a chart of that level you are watching or do you just mean the new NDX lows today, which broke the September levels today. THANKS

By the way, the Dow has got quite a ways to go to test the September lows.

In a recent reply you stated that your performance has improved since you revamped your trading 4 years ago. What direction were you headed 4 years ago and what changes have you made since?

Thanks for reply :) So when working with large orders there is no actual 'averaging down' strategy being used intentionally to get into the position ... it's more taking what the market gives you at the time your system has a signal... I know some traders like Praetorian2 swear by averaging down to get into a lot of his trades.
