Who is up in the US at this time (around 3-4 am est) trading... what are you trading and why?

  2. Eurex (DAX) derivatives, Euronext (FTSE 100 or CAC 40) futures and EuroFX (EC) futures.

    Why?

They are very active and have good volatility.

  3. By the way...I'm not in the U.S. but still in North America as in Province du Québec (eastern standard time) and I'm not up this early every trading day.

Most of the time I trade the Eminis and I'm up around 8am est for that.

I'm also not usually up trading at this time. When you know the volatility will be there (overnight index futures or asian/european futures) it's hard to miss. There is also something magical about trading at night.
