I have decided that I want to venture into the world of day trading and I'd love some advice. I know a semi-decent amount about day-trading in the sense that I've had friends who traded at places like On-line (Hold Bros), Assent and those sorts of firms. I am however, a bit confused as to what my options are, at least here in Phoenix... I want somewhere where I can demo but I don't necessarily want training or anything. I know there's an Assent office here but I'm wondering about other similar type firms... And opinions? I also am wondering if trading from my house is an option. Without sounding like too much of a novice (even though I am) I would want to trade high-volume stocks an move them quickly, not hold them...any opinions on that one?
