You are not Tradovate, and their selective replies says it all - we are not all "monkeys" you know:rolleyes:

When do you think we might see some proof links:banghead:

  2. @Tradovate, it would be a beautiful trading world if the spread of the CFD brokers would be just one tick. The reality, and I am talking about the brokers with the tightest spreads now, is more like at least 2-3 ticks for a ES_cfd and 3-5 ticks for a CL_cfd. Still ok for some medium to longer term trades, but for very shortterm trading, this is way too high.

For a real shortterm scalper, going for as little as 1 tick, every cent counts, and thats why I am so happy about a company like Tradovate finally joining the game, offering Eurex products for less than 1 EUR per roundturn !

Are you for real - you are like a tape recorder!

Do you actually know how stupid you are making yourself look:rolleyes:

  4. I hope I did not offend you with any of my posts, if yes then I am sorry, that was not my intention. I just believe there is a healthy level of scepticism, and then there is something that goes beyond what is reasonable. You can suspect something bad and wrong in each and everything. Do you want a guarantee from Daimler for each Mercedes they sell that there is not some evil german apparatus hidden inside ?
But we all have a different perception of reality and what is right and what is wrong and what is within a grey zone. But in the end, these differences are also what makes a market, so I believe it is all ok :)

  5. J_smith, this is not very friendly, but if that is how you want to act, ok, it is your decision. All I wanted to share here with fellow traders was and is a great opportunity for serious traders. I enjoy to encourage good people and good companies. There is enough negative thinking in the world, enough people who think they have to bash everybody and everything. I prefer to encourage good people instead of bashing.

You are fine, nothing personal - just the usual "internet stuff".

As mentioned, the TOP PRIORITY with any company you give your money to, is, security of funds.

Before we even discuss the merits of Tradovate, they must first answer this very important question, for, if they can not, then they can give commission free trading till it comes out their ears, but, they will not be getting a single cent from me!

  8. If that would be true, this would be really a sad world. I dont believe it is like that :) But as I said before, I believe you and me have very different perceptions of reality.

A sad world - of course it is, just look at what is happening in the world!

    The big question is, WHY?

Well, the big fat cats have a lot to do with it, but hey, you can either act like a 1970 hippy, going around like a spacer, or, you can just accept the realities and get on with life.

Power and Money rules the world.

The 2 biggest P&M culprits, are, Governments and Religious Authorities - don't just take my word on it, just do a simple bit of reading up on History, and you will see that what I say is true.

If you can not see it, then, you fall in the "monkey" category - billions of them out there!

Like I said, you have a very different perception of reality. Interesting, but I would suggest this is not the right place to discuss it.

    @all
Lets please keep this thread on topic for questions related to Tradovate. Healthy skepticism is also welcome, but please keep the bashing and bad behaviour out of here. Lets be constructive, see what this new broker has to offer for each of us. It might be a match for some of us, it might not be the right one for others. But they are a sponsor and active member here now, so I guess they are willing and happy to answer our questions.
