IB requires $10,000 minimum and leverage is 2:1 .

Don't know about that other shop, but it's set up as a prop shop so I guess there would be plenty of leverage.

If you have issues with the PDT rule PLUS you tell us you believe your broker, IB, made more in commissions than you trading then there is something seriously wrong with your whole approach to trading. I dont think any prop outlet is gonna help you. I suggest you start REALLY small to just learn to trade on the side but primarily focus on getting a job to support your life in Japan.

PM me if you like, I live/work in Japan but actively trade my personal account on a self-written and tested fx system.

well, you can get some infested, ugly japanese women who are hot about some horny, loser gaijin. But any educated, attractive woman would shun guys like you as women would in ANY other country. Why dont you pay for your need or are you a cheapo?

I only use broker/brokers that give me access to ECNs. I would never even consider dealing desk brokers for a second. PM me if you need names.

Oh, believe me I do have a job to support myself , if I were any good at trading that wouldn't be necessary. I recently opened an acct at a prop shop to work on my trading skills - I have a lot to learn. Forex is appealing too, but I would need an auto trade system because I can't watch the forex consistently.
