when market is in a ranging chop.....trading without a stop is not suicidal.....also in a chop avoid too many trades....especially trades with 'trend' or with the momentum

Keep an eye on the FED member speeches today and tomorrow, depending on their content they can cause some unpredictable spikes in the market.
