Does a trader trading on the trading floor of one of the large broker dealers actually trade or they mainly work orders? I have been prop trading for 3 years and am thinking about moving to a large firm for more stability. If anybody has any info they could share in regards to this end of the business, that would be greatly appreciated (i.e. payouts, salary, daily activities).
