    Interesting...

    I almost did the same thing man. My father offered to help pay for my law school education, but the truth is that I have 0 desire to be a lawyer. So I applied to prop firms.

    I suggest that you apply to some prop firms in about a year or two. Maybe you could work a year or two as a lawyer, pay down some of your debt, save your cash, trade a small retail account, learn as much as you can, and then eventually wake up from your dream and make it a reality. Save, save save....trade, trade, trade....save more....refund your account....trade more....save....etc...eventually it'll just be trade trade trade though...if you work hard enough on yourself and your strategy...
