Nana, internet runs for about $40 USD with better options in big cities. It does not matter if you have a 4mbps or a 10mbps as long as you have at least 1mpbs what will really become an issue is the ping time of the lines.
way to revive wonder... thing is about eurex is that you can get about 200ms time rio to chicago but then it has to go another 140 ms to germany... out of curiosity, can you find a way to ping something directly in germany and tell me what time that is?
Here are some pings from the remote lands of Brazil to German sites... I believe trading from Rio or Sao Paulo would cut about 10% from these ping times.
