  1. Got up all early today, travelled half an hour to a good clean spot to trade only to find my broker being SLOWASS unavailable. After a 24 minute rant to the pc it now finally came up and the trading can be on:

    Opening quotes @ 9:24 (24 minuten in the open)

    AEX@330.32;
    Europe ^^^ up in general;
    MOO 7.27 (after a 7.40 US close)
    GTN 1.87 (!!!! YEAH BABY)

    dont have access to the options yet because the feed hasnt loaded :(

    Update in a few minutes!

  2. GTN now going for it at 1.90, I updated the stoploss to 1.70 and will raise it to 1.85 when stock hits 2.00

    MOO already trading @ 7.37 again with the options @ 3 (same price as I sold em)

    The index spread trading with a value of 2.90 (got in for 3), so I wont eliminate it yet.

    On to the charts and on to the daytrading my friends

  3. Aegon (insurance and securities)
    Burhmann (office supplies)
    Hagemeyer (trading company (they trade real stuff not stock I believe)
    KPN (telecom company)
    Reed Elsevier (publisher)

    Also, reading the new rules of stop-loss levels based on position volume I updated the GTN stoploss to a tight -5ct a time one

    stoploss now @ 1.84

  4. Long 300HGM@2,34

    Hagemeyer opened with a gap down and seems to be filling it. Stoploss 9cts @ 2,25. Will be raised to 2,34 when stock hits 2,43

  5. Long 100AGN (aegon) @ 11,28
    Stoploss @ 11,03

    Will raise it to 11,28 when stock hits 11,53

    I will get into no more positions before I eliminate some others now. Im almost 80% non-liquid and I want some backup for the option positions on the Index and MOO

  8. Got stopped out of HGM @ 2,34 (price I got in for) .. too bad. gross loss = EUR 0, net loss = EUR24

    As for my other positions;

    - MOO is nice and steady at 7.50, up 20cents (I hope for it to rally on so I can secure my positions with a couple of Apr 2004 7.00 Puts)
    - GTN is pushing the 2 EUR. Might be resistance, but when broken it will either collapse or skyrocket. (seen the low price and huge volumes (lotta private investors, too), I think it'll skyrocket on behalf of greed) Ill keep my stops short, currently at 1.89
    - AGN up 4 cents since I bought it.. I predict this one will take a while

  9. For the sake of not having 4000 journal posts in the first week Ill keep the posting shorter with a few other rules;

    * I wont post updates on updating the stoplosses anymore. Rule for this will be as stated above, with the exception that the stoploss upgrade stages will be 5ct on all trades. (meaning every time stock touches 5ct higher, ill move the stoploss 5ct higher)

    stoplosses still stand as:
    100shares: 25c
    200shares: 13c
    300shares: 9c
    400shares: 6c
    500shares: 5c
    With no position sizing > Eur1500

    * Things ill post is:

    - changes in trading rules
    - trades
    - end of day review

    simple as that.

  10. Ditch

    Ditch

    You might want to consider that you're likely to be the only one on this board to trade Dutch markets, which obviously has an effect on the response so far. Good luck anyway!
