Not a huge winners, but then a winners nevertheless...

this way of trading is pretty relaxed, you do not have to stay glued at your computer at all times....

    hey guys

I have been trading this setup for the last week. It's worked and i will continue to take setups as i see them. I will post any dummy trades i see as a possibility. Babak thanks for explaining this setup and to others who are contributing to this thread.

at this moment i see disk, bidu, goog, and vrso as possibilities

Here's SNDA's chart (btw if we could stick to gif or png files that would be much better since jpg gets fuzzy - thanks)

You're welcome, jd. I, actually, have done very little. The Chairman should get the kudos. Why not pop over to www.maoxian.com and send him an email?

It seems he's slowly coming back to trading from his hiatus. So don't forget to check for chats and such. I haven't been able to get in the morning chats as the room seems to fill up very quickly :)

I made a pretty penny on GOOG short today, decent on VISG...not much other trading today, bought some more CNXS to average down a bit, some more AAPL and some more SWKS (not dummy trades).

BTW--I couldn't get short BIDU but I would have with a risk of .70 and ultimately making atleast 3 points, more likely 7.

    Argh.

Babak I have checked out the site and it has alot of info on dummy trades. I took out over a dollar in nem today from a trigger around 10:15 over inside bar. I will post chart example tomorrow after I learn how to do it. Anyway I am pumped about these dummy trades.

Kevin, GOOG is a good proxy for BIDU. They move together and the bid/ask is much much tighter and its more liquid usually. Personally I try to not touch BIDU but its soooo alluring.

jd, I encourage posting charts because it shows us details and people can ask Q etc. and maybe we can all learn from it. Its very easy attaching charts here, just look below the window that you usually use to post.

    Hi,

    did one dummy trade today

Overstayed my welcome a little (in hindsight it is always easier!)

Should work on my built in bias against shorts, even though I expected this to be a down day, I have a hard time entering shorts....

Oh well, closed the day with a profit so can't really complain.

PS : Babak: It is hard for me to use png, but I used high quality jpg, hope it is ok now...

    :)

Great day of trading for me, no bragging intended:p

    Long ARD
    AVNC!

    Loss on LF trade.

Overall a nice day, couldn't get much volume off on AVNC, a little bit on ARD, LF had a good bit.

    Big +$ day.

    Maybe ill post charts later
