trading DAX

    Does DAX follow ES or does ES follow DAX?

    they take turns leading and lagging. but generally ES leads more of the time, i would guess around 60-65% of the time.

    If they take turns, then I suppose DAX wouldn't be a good leading indicator for trading the ES? Because we don't know which one is leading?
