There are only two possible outcomes;: if your appeal will be disallowed, i your case will be closed forever, or If your appeal is allowed, then the case will return in original jurisdiction. This exactly what happened to us: the application for special leave to appeal was refused, but the judgment clearly stated that our case must be properly reheard. That is what we hope, after one year waiting, finally will be .in the Court of Appeal. While in the Supreme Court there are ingoing hearing if our cross-action, we are now at discovery stage.
