haha its actually worth it tbh when you spend 7-8 hours of your day on a chair, your posture gets effected big time So you definitely need to invest in that first. also it was doctor recommendation to go to for a chair like that (I did go for something a little more expensive) you also get that comfort on the cheaper ones too, no doubt.
I agree, got tired of $200 chairs with no support breaking down every couple of years. I have a Herman Miller Mirra and love it.
That is why i bought a desk that i can adjust in hight so i can stand up while working, since i got one of those i am standing up for 90% of the time. Much healthier than sitting all day and it keeps me active.
That why my Chair is a Sit Stand Chair as well as reversal sitting potions when I choose to., I agree standing is Best.
Yes, that defo on my list getting work done while standing is much better and effective than sitting for long stretches
