    Hello There,

I am quite new to options trading, as I used to trade stocks/cfds before.

    So, my question is:
Can anyone recommend me a reliable options trader for EU clients?

I would like to put maximum 1k into that account; not more.

    So, as far as I know IB only allows to trade options from 5k in your deposit;
and I am sure a few others too.

But that's too much for the beginning.

So, would appreciate some recommendations here.

    Thank you very much.

  2. I'm not sure IB has any minimum capital requirement anymore. And anyhow, it's not like you're gonna lose those money, just deposit them in a broker account and only risk up to $1000 of them if you wish.

If you don't have $5000 personally, it's a bad sign to begin with - perhaps you should first save this amount and come back later.

Also you can get personal loan credits easily. I asked for €20,000 and got them on the same day at an interest rate of 8% p.a. All I gotta make sure is make more in return than the interest I have to pay to the bank.

  3. Are you really advising someone to ask for a loan to start trading? Specially when is someone that is obviously starting out.

    Really?

  4. I've an IQ of 150 so if you know what you're doing as I do, then yes, loan and trade. If not there's also the option of hiring my services for the low price of $49.99 / month :D

  5. what are included in your services for 49.99/month?

  6. Tell you where to lose your money. Like if you can't afford to lose fifty bucks a month paying me, you should not be playing this game anyway.

  7. A person with that IQ wouldn't write that kind of nonsense.

  8. A person without that IQ would call it nonsense

For someone with an IQ of 150, you sure are obsessed with IQ rankings.

    Remember this?

"What do you think about IQ tests? Particularly taking them without any prior preparation versus "studying" for them - there are only so many combinations they give you in tests.

And a philosophical if not moral question: if a guy scores higher because he has studied for these tests, as opposed to taking a lower score by "unbiased" (no prior study). Is he cheating the system or he's actually smarter because ... part of being smarter actually involves being able to study and improve?..."

Stop feigning high intellect with seemingly-intense intellectual questions like how one scores on an IQ test might be affected by whether or not they have studied for it. Simply by asking that question, you don't know how IQ tests work.

The answer is no. A beginning trader taking a loan to learn trading with real money is a very bad idea. That does not require high-IQ to understand. It simply requires common sense, which cannot be tested on paper.

  10. I'm actually flattered that I made such strong enough impression on you that you remember. Congrats to myself for achieving this, although considering who's on the line, it's to be expected
