trading asian futures

Is this possible for US CTA's to trade asian futures in China, India, etc?

 

Why not????? I am not sure.

 

I can't find a retail broker that gives access- perhaps Goldman, Morgan, etc do, but what of the rest?

I know I can't buy options on foreign securities per the SEC. So I am asking.
