  3. Tell 'em that you'll show them how to make a bundle without having to be a big Ho. That should spark a little interest.
Or give 'em 5 % per month on a term deposit .

Texas' approach differs from many states. Unlike a property division or an award of property as compensation, it is "rehabilitative" in its philosophical approach. It is intended to be a stop-gap measure to put one of the spouse's back on their feet. The spouse awarded the alimony is awarded the alimony to help the person acquire work skills to provide for himself or herself. It was/is not uncommon for a woman to give up whatever job skills (outside the home job skills, that is) or employment opportunities she may have in order to either raise the children or to serve as the homemaker of the household, if not both. Upon divorce this person was at a great disadvantage.
Alimony is awarded in two limited scenarios. The first involves a spouse who has been married for at least ten (10) years and is otherwise unable to provide for their minimum needs. The latter requirement is a fairly technical matter to be proven and rests within the discretion of the court to believe such proof or not accept it. The second involves victims of family abuse whose spouse was convicted of the family violence within the filing of the divorce. One need not meet both requirements.
In most cases the award of benefits is limited to three years. Exceptions exist for persons suffering from incapacitating physical or mental disabilities. The amount awarded is limited to the lesser of twenty (20%) percent of the paying spouse's average income, or $2500 -- whichever is less.

  6. Hey Vol 00, I knew you were a smart guy.

But to the point, we can bitch n' moan all we want, but the fact remains that:

    a) most men (like 99.9%, straight/gay or in-between) are literally led around by their johnson day-in and day-out, until the croak, so complain all's you want, but until we can get some kind of control over our biology, we still have to deal with women (or whatever), so we can't complain too much.

    b) women take on 1,500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000% of the child rearing/raising responsibilities, so unless you want your kids to be ass-backwards retards in this culture, ya better be nice to da women!

    Later,

    Jimmy

Anna, be honest. Would you date an unemployed, college drop out janitor?

Or a garbage man? Or a grave digger?

Telling your girlfriends how your menially employed bf gave it to you good last night.

    That's not very sexy.

Did you know Rod Stewart was a grave digger prior to his singing career?

Im not saying he's a good singer, Im not even saying he's someone you'd find "attractive" in his prime let alone as a 60 y.o bag of blob, but I damn well guarantee you any of his model gf wouldnt have touched him if he was holding a shovel instead of microphone.

    Women are funny creatures.

The only female species on the planet that will mate with an inferior/weaker male is homo sapiens, ie you and your sisters. Of course they will resent him for that.

For the average man it's very tough to find a quality women, who is attractive, intelligent, and can sexually arouse us.

For a female, thanks to feminism, it's almost impossible.

    And here's why.

The higher a female climbs up the socio-economic ladder the fewer males there are who are what she thinks are her "equals"

Those who are probably are older than her.

What woman wants a man several heads lower than her on the totem pole of life? None that I can think of.

Woman tend to be dreamers and want perfection in a world that offers none. Especially in the love department. Thats why they fall for jerks thinking if they can change him, that change represents his "love" That challenge is what draws them which is why nice guys have no chance.

You think Oprah, Connie Chung, Barbara Walters, Christie Brinkley, have men they respect? They view their men as emasculated because they are many strata above them. They subconsciously hate them for this. In effect they are THE MAN in the relationship. For a woman this is unacceptable. There is no thing as a 50-50 relationship for a woman. Even "powerful" women want a man at the end of the day they cant dominate.

    A man?

A man is a man all of his life. He can pop out kids til he's 80 like Anthony Quinn with women half his age if he has resources. Correction. Willing women.

And whether he is 18 or 88 it makes no difference to him if his woman is a Hooters waitress or a lawyer. In fact he'd probably prefer a lawyer who was a Hooters waitress. More to brag to his friends about. And what female lawyer will brag to her friends about her bf/mate law clerk career?

And for an alpha male its even better. Because the world is even simpler. The average man is simply a machine and women are toys.

The higher you go the fewer there are. A man sees a room full of women and wants them all. A woman? She sees a room full of men and wants the winner.

Sad but true. Whatcha goin to do?

  9. The problem with women is that they loose their virginity to some looser early in life and have there "first big disappointment" in life when they break up. After that - it takes years to recover, trust etc. and the 2'nd love, although it may be strong, cannot compete with the "first" true love. Similarly with guys too, but the feelings that a woman has gets passed on to her children more effectively (thats another topic but). So you have women who are marrying out of convenience and lust as oppossed to "that first great" love - in which a girl would practically give her life to save the guy. And off-course guys abuse such a trust (not in there true nature - a product of pop - pseudo culture). So basically you have a whole bunch of disapointed guys and girls trying to make it work - but the damage has already been done in the fomative years.
Not only that, but when people realise this early, save themselves up for the right person, pop- pseudo culture would mock them for marrying as a virgin, the message is "get out and experiment". Most people are conditioned to respond to this line of thinking as "religious fundamentalism", "old fashioned" etc.

Bottom line, if your looking for a life partner and you want to make it last - do it early and/or make sure that they too have not fucked many or any guys. Otherwise your just guy number 55 that she is fucking and the novelty will wear off fast. Go find a 19 year old virgin who is smart enough to realise that fucking around young will screw with her mind.

Until that time, pay for them to leave...(who says you can't be in a committed relationship with a callgirl??). No need to play games with girls who are genuine (when you are so-so). Not that I advocate doing anything illegal (here in Australia it is not).
