Still here reading the posts, it is a very entertaining thread so well done everyone. I've taken everyone's points into consideration and have had a bit of a re-think about what I really want. A date I went on last weekend had something to do with it too. She was an attractive 19yo (I'm a bit older at 33), within the first 5 minutes she straight out asked me how much I make. To say this was a turnoff was an understatement. I then proceeded to find out she wanted to be married with 2 kids within 5 years. Never offered to chip in for lunch or drinks during the afternoon and never said thankyou once (here in Australia it is normal for the woman to offer as a show of manners, the guy usually pays first time). Basically she is looking for the highest bidder to fund her lifestyle. Now I could have quite easily BS'ed her to get into her pants, but I was so turned off by her attitude I didn't want any more to do with her. So the good thing is I discovered I want something more meaningful than a few flings here and there. So have decided my best policy is to be completely honest and open about what I do, and if they don't like it I will find someone who does. I have a nice lifestyle so no reason not to be proud about my career. The only problem is the gold-diggers, even a lot of the educated ones with good jobs spend their 20s pissing away their money on 'going out', clothes and holidays. They hit 30 with no assets and think they're entitled to a guy who has worked hard and saved his money. So my attitude is going to change a little from trying to impress women, to qualifying them as suitable to date based on their achievements and financials.
Jackson, i heard you guys treat the babes in ozzie commonly and that there's a fair number of attractive hotties walking free? man she really must have turned you off - i'm rarely insulted to the point of ejaculation avoidance! i take that back, i dated a chick a couple times and i think she had recurring yeast infections. not good. the chicks that get dogged are the really good chicks, but there are so few that are single, its not really much of an issue - most of them are happily married. i can tell if a women is married just by looking at her; happily married women look better than single chicks, at last near middle age. chicks out here in cali EXPECT to be catered to and taken care of. when i first got divorced i answered an on-line advert and the lady told me that i basically had 6 months to decide whether to marry her or not; meter's running! her ex-, they lived together, told her for 8-10 years that he too would like to have kids... what he didnt tell her was that he COULDNT make babies... ill admit that's pretty low, but somehow he managed to keep all the assets(lots of real estate), and for that alone, he is my Hero! she had a 20-something son from a previous marriage and wanted to have "more". i really would have screwed her, but she was so damaged that she scared me... if id have knocked her up somehow, id have been in bad straights. so i guess there is a second instance of a turn-off. she worked for 4 hrs a day in her medical billing biz and then headed to the local coffee shop to meet the other yentas and talk down men. she wanted a meal ticket - her biggest asset was some old volvo that she kept locked in the garage. scary. she refused to work more than 20 hrs a week and she rented a nice house in a really pricey area of san diego.

anna, there's a reason why these chicks are single - they are hot, but damaged goods. check this out. i went out with a sailing instructor. she was really pretty cute, and again, under my wasit size in age. her family was rich, which honestly is a big plus. so, she strung me along for a couple months and then decides to throw me a bone for my b-day. BTW, my ex-wife demanded that our wedding be on my b-day. so we got married in August in a fricking un-A/C'ed church in the tropics - she demanded that i wear a black tux.... all i can remember is this long mass, likely by a child molester, and the sweat was just running off of my nose. the only thing better is if my BDay, and wedding, had been June 1966.... 666! anyway, back to the sailing instrutor. she insists we ride bikes a few miles down to the beach for dinner... just what i wanna do between a big dinner & sex, ride my fricking bike back up the hill home. she had thi shit planned, and all i wanted was a happy ending. so we get home sweaty from the bike ride, and all i want do is go in the BR and get my BDay present. she refuses to go into the BR and insists we have sex on this puny little couch right next to a big window (kinda frosted)... so im thinking, hhm, maybe she's kinda twisted, this might be good for later, but im not looking for rug burns, you know? ... i figured out later, all her dirty clothes and crap were thrown into her bedroom - what a pig! anyway, im arroused and naked, and she leaves to "fluff-up or sumtin" and as she is coming back, she checks her phone messages. let me tell you, mr. winky is absolutley single-minded and usually non-plussed, but that made even him blink! so then she figures that as foreplay, she'll tell me how she was married for 11 years to an impotent guy - she had 2 kids, so what the hell... But on the other hand, im thinking hey, low mileage unit here, this might be good - and mr winky doesnt seem to mind just yet... but then she continues and kinda lets on that she's got issues too, and not good issues - like maybe (????) she is frigid. thats not really a deal breaker yet, as mr. winky & i are not frigid, and afterall its my Bday. she tells me she doesnt have a condom... so i tuck mr winky back in pants, and run down the street to my car all sweating with no shirt, and it was very cool for cali coast in august, but ive got a couple raincoats in the ashtray, and hey damnit, its my Bday. long story short, i tried my best to get that frigid bitch off, and i didnt even finish myself, until i got home... in the end, i had trusty old rosie finish mr winky off. i saw that ice cube one more time and she accused me of using her! i should have known once when we were eating she talked about catholicism & religuous issues. i dont pay much attention to that as mr winky is non-denominational to the point of being agnostic, if she is too too . i caught a cold and i think that is the only time i have ever had "bad sex". another BDay gone to waste.
You know they have viagra for chicks. but unlike us their sex drive is attached to emotions. So a poor sex drive means the girl is a basket case for one reason or another? I think that sums up the previous post. Problem is mr. winky needs something short of a natural disaster to use brain power and think about that shit before hand. So we pretty much are blind to the craziness that is the female until unfortunately it's too late.
