Hi , I had tons of such issues with Trade Zero . Attached the disclaimer they sent me when such connectivity issues occurred, a total shame . Since i moved my account from Cobra trading so far i have never had any issue with Cobra trading .
The platform is always having issues. Like technical issues. Thinker swim is alot better. Wouldn't recommend this station tradezero. And some customer service they have are unprofessional. Sucks service. Stay away!
