Tradestation's customer service is really BAD!!!

    I've tried mailing them from within their website, they just dont reply, do they even have any live help? Do we have to open a live account to get into their forum? How could such a big company has such a customer service?
  2. They do a lot to get new customers, but never have any plan to keep them. There execution is bad, so if you are thinking to use them, think again. Their chart is wonder, but for it's cost, you can easily find better, faster alternative.

    Actually the platform is FREE if you trade 10 RT's!
    I guess that eliminates you!
  4. The platform is free with 10 RTs, but you still have to pay for the data feeds.
  5. I made a complaint once about them ignoring emails and they threw a brick through my mother's window.

    $150 is a lot of dough per month, it eats into my PlayStation allowance.
  7. Speaking of dough, $150 a month will buy plenty of pizzas.

    Thin crust Pizza is good.... I use my dough for more exotic types of "pie". TS should buy me a few pies, I think I will ask next week.
  9. But....since their customer service is so poor, you won't get a response !
