Tradestation version 4.0

  1. I am looking for a copy of Tradestation 4.0 with a security chip with manuals.

Does anyone have one for sale?

  2. That thing is old. I think I threw mine away a long time ago.

Curious as to you'd want to use it? Why not ts2000i instead?

  3. Or just buy a copy of multicharts.

  4. the entire tradestation brand is old and tired.............JUNK IT ALL !

  5. Why junk it?

Do the new bells and whistles that are in the latests software iterrations make any change to the human psyche that has existed for tens of thousands of years? Is human greed and fear changing so rapidly?

If you look at the present economic situation then imho nothing has been retained of the lessons learned in the 1930's.

Hence: once when you know how to interpret the markets then you do not need anything to change.

However instead of TradeStation 4 I would suggest (like another poster suggested too) using TradeStation 2000i (not prosuite) version 5.00.0822 since it is a version you can happily use within a virtual environment and you do not have to cope with modern day incompatibilities with the older dongle hardware interfacing.

    Just my $ 0.02 running TS2Ki.

  6. And run the risk of a third party extracting info from your computer?

    No thanks!

  7. Are you kidding? Multicharts comes from Russia! No malicious software has *ever* come from Russia, so stop worrying.
