I can't place any trades. All my orders are being rejected. Reason : Liquidating Trades Only - Compliance setting. Is anyone having the same issue?
tech support 24/7, is what tradestation claims. I called and got an automated message, call back during regular business hours. yeesh!
It sounds like a margin call to me. Did you have a lot of open long positions through the big downmove yesterday?
Problem solved, I was supposed to liquidate prior to the first notice date. My status was changed from active to liquidate. Rookie mistake I suppose. Thank you for your posts.
