I timed mine also for the heck of it. From the time I dbl clicked the icon to open until all charts and wksps were open was 2 min10 secs. I post because I'd be inclined to say there is something else going on with a computer that is taking much longer. Also didn't notice any problems during the FOMC announcement today.
