It could freeze up (stop updating) but all platforms do that as far as I can tell. Doesn't happen that often - maybe 2-3 times a month. Sometimes it is the modem having problems so can't really 100% blame the software. 3.is the execution of trades fast and reliable Not always fast. Not sure what you mean by reliable. You can get slippage by as much as 0.10. 4. Can you use customised stop losses etc You can use the advanced feature to set a trailing stop based on %. I don't know how you would customize a stop market or stop limit. You can set what you want the stop to trigger on -- 1 print, 2 print, match on bid/ask, etc.
