They are approaching E-signal in terms of problems and not solving them, or being able to get a hold of anyone. Lost my Matrix again, and now can't even sign into the forum section of their site to post the problem which is what they wanted. Let's see software not working, can't logon onto the TS support site, 30 minute hold on the phone. Oh well it was nice while it lasted, here I come CQG!
