The supervisor you confirmed with did not resolve or correct the problem ? You meant you wanted a manager to get some kind of lasting solution?
The supervisor said he did not know why there was a problem and there were to many trades to go through to find it. So I asked for his superior to get involved.
So this first supervisor said he couldn’t resolve the problem for you? That’s pretty incredible. Usually if they confirm an issue they should fix it.
I have worked on this with a number of different people. First a tech supervisor to work on trademanger issues then a supervisor to deal with the website report issues. The first two people were although not respond quickly, were very helpful and tried to make it work, they just couldn't and kicked it up higher.
But they got your numbers fixed just not the recurring issues. So you had to call back time and again.
do not trust anything that is tradestation for system results. i have a custom print to file that can be analyzed in excel independently for both ts and multicharts. i would recommend you export everything out of ts and analyze it with excel and build off that. this way when you switch platforms you will have your excel sheets of your own that you can rely on.
That will be my last resort. I am sure if I file complaints my account will be closed. I am trying to get IB to work, but it has a number of issues. Incredible reports is the only positive. They are the only other automated equities option.
The issue I have seen about IB is less than ideal routing of orders. You are using the commission free IBKR?
