You should be able to log on now by exiting the program and restarting it. It worked for me at 1:30 pst but not at 12:43 when the outage first occurred.
I hope none of you guys got hit too badly, if at all, but it sure is nice to see someone other than IB getting bashed for a change.
Actually that is an enormous improvement over their previous complete lack of communication when problems occurred. BTW-did anyone "waste" their time to check TS's "network status page" to see if it was ALL GREEN as it normally is when there is a data or trade server failure? I don't even bother looking at it as it has never been anything but ALL GREEN even when they let you know there is a server failure. DS
Yea, I did, and just like esignals when there were problems it showed all green and happy. Was anyone in a trade they needed to do something with? If so were you able to get a hold of the broker team? And were they able to execute? Tried calling tech support, but that was useless.
