  3. Regarding Tradestation, I have sent an email to Janette Perez advising her that once again this morning, the data feed is essentially frozen. I hope they get the message and try to stabilize the system before customers start to move to other brokers. I for one will start to make inquiries with IB and others this morning as I am unable to trade (I don't have a backup broker or data source in place). Attempts to get to tech services by phone are met with busy signals. Too bad!!! Regards, Steve46

    What a joke!
Forget about getting through to TradeStation on the phone.
I think they all walked out after unplugging the CME feed!
My lag time on the NQM was 4 points this morning.
If they do not get their act together I am going to E Signal full time. E Signal has the same charts, NEVER has data problems, and they answer the phone!

Get your act together Soon or we are ALL leaving.

I have had nothing for the past hour. Can't get logged on. I think they had a server crash?

  6. TS messed w/ my entire system as well this morning. Wasn't sure if it was caused by TS, so I checked here just to make sure. Perpetual busy signal at TS as well.

... Although generally when you DO get through, they say something like, "well sir, we're not having any problems with the platform that we're aware of -- have you cleared your cache?"

    ... a-holes.

If it wasn't such a pain in the ass to switch, I'd already be using E-Signal I think.

One hour after it happened I got this pop-up:

"We are still experiencing delays with the TradeStation Data Network, which may result in a delay in data delivery. We are currently working on this and will provide more information as it becomes available."

  9. Well it is 7:55am PST and after listening to elevator music for about 10 minutes, I have decided to call IB and ask them to send over an application package. Too bad Tradestation can get thier act together. This used to be the gold standard. Can you believe it? steve46

  10. I finally have a trading screen up (for the moment), at 8:08am PST. I have missed the ES open obviously and frankly, I hesitate to make a trade today, thinking that I might get stranded again and be unable to get out. I went over to IB's website and filled out their pre-account information, and will finish the process. I should have had a backup account in place from the beginning I guess. As soon as I can get through, I intend to move most of my account capital out, period. steve46
