I've been making a list from what I have read at ET: IB API, of course. Neovest Flextrade (institutional) Echo Predator I think the new Mytrack service might have something as they used to have an API. The bummer, of course, is that easylanguage is, well, easy. And programming APIs is a little harder. I do stuff on Easylanguage that requires I make a pseudo trading system to run alongside the real one, for adaptive purposes. When you do this you realize just how much of the work easylanguage does for you.
I'm sorry no. I'm not using one myself. Maybe one day, If TS becomes reliable and it lowers its fees.
They are blaming the memory over usage problem on a "bad Timestamp" from Comstock. I think Cruz spilled his Chianti on the server again. My charts are back up, but I am unable to to connect to The Trade Server. Soon I will be trading at a new broker! Bobcathy: Do you use RJO Brian/TradeStation to execute?
To all thread subscribers: Just for the record, I have closed my Tradestation account after less than a month. No access to important markets (DAX and Eurostoxx50) and very little response to my concerns about platform problems during fast markets. Seems to me that the program has some problems that ought to be addressed before they roll out each new iteration. Oh well, live and learn. Good luck. Steve46
Yes I use them and IB. I always have 2 brokers in case things like this afternoon happen and I have to hedge. Anytime the market pops, Trade Station does have a problem. Very true. Today was the worst I have seen. I have been with them for over a year. I just signed up for a futures account since they finally got the platform together so I could trade it properly. But I am working on automating it.
