I'm using Tradestation 2000i & I'm wondering what the difference is between a Strategy and a Signal in easy language?

I'm using a help doc that I downloaded from the internet on Easy Language & in the eg on creating strategy states it states -
'Open Tradestation, File-New, Easylanguage Tab, Strategy'

I've followed this and can't find either the Easylanguage tab or Strategy after opening 'File, new'. I've gone direct to EasyLanguage PowerEditor, and from there to 'New'. There's still no sign of strategy though! I wonder whether they are explaining a different version and if so whether I can still open this strategy windon in 2000i?

    Many thanks

Signals are created in Powereditor and then you hit verify. Strategies contain signals. you create a signal(s) and then go to "Strategy builder" and put your signal(s) into the strategy. Then you insert your strategy on your chart.
