Check your tradestation daily statements. I have a futures account with them, and made the 10 round trip to qualify for "free" radar screen and platform fees in October. Still was deducted $59.95 and $99.95 on my November daily statement. Called customer service yesterday, and was told it was a IT glitch that will be fixed. No specfic date for the fix was given.
I got an e-mail saying they mistakenly charged my TS account and that it would be credited in the next statement.
I called also was told they are aware and received the email also. So far not corrected on todays statement. Just like every other financial institution, they make a mistake in their favor they get to it when they get to it, but if in your favor it'll be done right then.
Nice catch! In September the NYMEX lowered the Exchange fees and TradeStation conveniently did not adjust them lower until October!
