Tradestation crypto frozen my account after 700 USD bitcoin deposit. Ridiculous ! Stay away

I just deposited bitcoins after they sent an email asking to do the first deposit. I have not tried to withdraw money.

700 USD is not much money and it caused me a big headache. No one answers my calls, the chat support is useless

$700 is an insignificant amount for raise a red flag. money laundering ? serious ? This is an insult to me.

 

Tradestation crypto allow bitcoin deposit. But if you try deposit more than 0.01 btc they will frozen you account

 

Moral of the story...Trade regulated products? Not sure what empathy you are looking for here.

 

What a good and legally excuse for them. Looks like you won`t take you money so... bad choice.

If you have bitcoins or other cryptocurrencies do not send it to tradestation crypto. Your account can be frozen when depositing small amounts and you will lose a lot of money because the price of bitcoin is very volatile
