Did anybody lose connectivity today from TradeStation 6. I could not get back on for 20 minutes around 10:30AM EST today. Of course I was put on hold and transfered by TradeStation. The rocket scientist then tells me to "Reboot"! Anybody else fed up with these people?
i dealt with tradestation's institutional division and am quite happy with the service, etc. sorry to hear your tale, perhaps a call to their vp or bill cruz will straighten things out for you. best, surfer
