TradeStation Code Question

I'm new to the TradeStation platform would like to know function needed to find the 1st 30 min. high for swing entry off a daily set up strategy ?

 

i know ts code. but i don't understand what your asking sorry

 

Well, you could set your chart to 30min bars and grab the high of the 1st bar...

 

I'm trying to backtest for equities with 3 consec days down, on that third day down look to entry long if 30 min high > low[1]. Can this be done with ( time = 10.00 a.m then highest(high,0) ?
