Traders trade emotions :They don't trade methods

  1. Well it now sounds as though you realize that the problem is, as you stated, with the hundred methods in you brain, and not with trends being illusions, if they exist or not, of if they work. Glad to hear you've made progress!!

BTY, I only had this dialog with you for the purpose of practicing my typing! Still use only two fingers.Just never could get the hang of it.

  2. The main problem is emotions and the amygdala brain , it can be over cautious or under cautious , the OP in this thread.

  6. Oh yes it does! Being able to read the trend does wonders in eliminating greed, hope, and fear. Not being able to read the trend gives birth to them.

The only time I got emotional was when I planted some flower seeds in a sandbox in mid-winter. When no flowers grew I was as emotional as could be. But at the same time I proved without a doubt that gardening doesn't work!!

  7. A skilled trend trading trader , very calm and intelligent and disciplined person , had a phone call from lawyer threatening him, he became stressed , in next to no time , he had made three mistakes and lost $1,000 within 15 minutes.

His mind was like these people going emotional turmoil

  8. An example using an outside influence is irrelevant. The same result would occur if he were sitting on a porcupine.
