I went out for an asian buffet tonight with some friends. It's delicious, but definitely not healthy. I had a lot of fried stuffs...like tempura shrimps, muscles, deep friend wings, more shrimp, grilled chickens, beef on a stick, fried tofu, and this sea creature that looks like a giant green snail (on top left corner)--very chewy, but not tasty. My friends seem to enjoy that tho. We also had a lot of sushi, which really filled us up, since it's mostly rice and avocado. Overall, it was a good meal with variety of nutrients. You could have done better there and you know it. You made the wrong choices. No one to blame but yourself.
Guys like you don't realize that healthy food can taste as good or better than the unhealthy version. All that salt, grease and fat only serves to mask the taste of the underlying real food. All fried food tastes the same.. greasy'nsalty. And it is literally sucking your lifeforce! TASTE real food for a change. TASTE IT!
