Last few years yes, unemployable. Disability involves systemic nephropathy sourcing from 3 separate disease process'. As for the suck at trading, turned the corner in jan 2016 after drawing down $11,700 in 24 months. Since then, no more suck at trading, run up $62,300, $45k this year so far. Still considered disabled and allowed to collect my insurance (SSDI, $1600) while profiting from scalping. The answer is deep in the tax codes. I assume you have read those already like I assume everyone claiming profitability has. Maybe you are one of the "big" trader's on this thread and have a staff of lawyers, accountants, gal fridays... like some are deluded into believing here. #NobodyCares Apparently the IgA went to your brain and the result is this @DeeGee fraud. Taxable income refers to income on say a W-2 or II outside of a tax-deferred account. You may retain SSDI but your fantasy $45K would be taxable as you’re not trading (at all) in a margin-IRA. Bye DeeGee!
