  2. hate to have you guys on any jury... you assume that only one side of this "story" is the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, whereas with most things in life..... there are 3 sides... samson77's, brad's and the

    TRUTH

We're all living in the 21st century I think... but looks like the human LYNCH MOB psychology will never disappear! :p

S**t... people are so sheepish.... and irrational... it's f-ing amazing in our culture! !! Very few open-minded, objective viewers of life.

    SAD!

  3. I don't think there was a lynch mob mentality, or a rush to judgement. Most people read brad's posts and saw how he handled everything from a business dispute to calls gone wrong. It is pretty easy to form an educated opinion based on that.

I would agree with you if we never heard from brad. But that simply was not the case.

  4. I agree with you as to any opinion that one reaches from reading "his" posts on ET!! No doubt he didn't look professional by a long shot.

But the part about samson77's version being accepted as the gospel is where I have a problem. We don't know samson. Maybe he is a saint unlike the rest of us. But he could be biased in his subjective view just a little. Non?? :p

And the way some guys attacked this brad guy was over the edge.

    regards... good trading!

  5. Hey, I read the entire thread and drew a conclusion. It happened to coincide with WarEagle on one point.

Where is the mob mentality here?

Of course none of us "know" samson or even brad, but from what has been put on the table - so far - samson would likely win in a court on basic principles. On the other hand, courts are about as random as the market in rulings anymore. The only good ones I think are on TV.

Did you lose a case recently or something? Pretty upset over nuttin.

  7. Traderbrad has far too much baggage to carry around. I'll post my findings soon. The 20 or so PMs I have received on this clown have pushed him to the top of my priority list.

  8. I haven't read the entire thread, but most small claims courts have forms available for claims under 5,000. Check it out, it's an easy and inexpensive process. Sorry to hear about your trouble, but it's better to learn to "the hard way."

Did Brad Caldwell start advertising on ET to bribe ET to shutdown this thread?

Upon not having the desired effect, did Brad Caldwell then drop sponsorship of ET?

    Just asking.
