anytime, nihaba. i enjoy your posts ! in my experience "bad PR" only works positively for rock stars and others who can "afford" it. best, surfer
NihabaAshi I know you mean well by your questions but if I'm not mistaken you also sell a course am I right ? If so I can see your positioning on this matter as I'm sure any vendor would have. That's not to say that you are anything like traderbrad, his case is very different as marketsurfer wisely stated. If this guy really was the real deal he would do what is fair in this case and return my money. It would go along way to proving his worth here in ET and I would dismiss the case as being simply a matter of personality conflict. BUT What is really at issue is ... he took my money gave me a 34 page manual then kicked me off his web site and out of his members chat room after I asked for my money back. That's like walking into WalMart and asking for a refund on a software program and they take it back from you and kick you out of the store without your money. HELLO there is a name for this in my books. At this point I do not trust this man as far as I can spit period. As far as my own trading goes it has REALLY improved lately. I think the reason for this is because I FINALLY realized that there is really nothing out there that anyone else has that I can not learn on my own without having to pay these ridicules prices. So I went back and reread all my old favorite books and started over. I used to have the attitude that you got what you paid for in life BUT as far as learning to trade goes this is a huge mistake and not the case at all.
Quote from marketsurfer: my brief review of the matter in question indicates that "traderbrad" and "samson" are canadian citizens. this may preclude the CFTC and or the SEC from being involved... surfer Apparently this did not matter at all they where very interested in the file and the Canadian thing wasn't even an issue to them.
Hi Samson77, Hmmm...are you suggesting that if he gave you a refund you would stop pursuing any litigation and/or stop posting about your problems with him? I can understand that position because I recently watched a family member of my spouse go through a well publicized litigation in Canada... He settled for a small fortune (refund sort'uv speak) eventhough the company admitted no guilt. I had little interest in this thread until I saw Traderbrad.com become a sponsor after all the heat... I'm just very curious if the bad publicity will bring him more clients, future posts by happy clients and/or the integrity issue of ET if other complaints surface. Good luck and hope you get your money back or any type of closure your satisfied with. NihabaAshi
If he gave me a refund I would have no more issues with him personally or financially but that does not mean that the truth of my experiences will be subdued or changed in anyway. They are the pure TRUTH and I will not retract a single word. As far as the integrity of ET goes I am going to write an email to Baron this morning informing him of this thread just so he is aware of it but like I said I think ET is great and I know that Baron is a very intelligent man and knows what he is doing. I do not question the integrity of ET at this time.
http://www.traderbrad.com/traderbrad.com_movies.html This is incredible! Based on tuesday and wednesday this guy never loses and calls just right 95% of all tops and bottoms. Any trader with a little bit of experience will immediately recognize that this is 100% scam.
Well, this illustrates splendidly the point made in another thread about S & C magazine letting RS of Houston advertise there. The vendors (ESPECIALLY fraudulent ones) are always looking for ways to push their product on the struggling trader. The media are in business of running ads and getting paid. Technically, it is not their job to check the legitimacy of advertisers. Morally... that's another question!
