  4. the copyright holder no longer exists. therefore there is no copyright. a copyright must be defended in order to be valid.

  5. The seller should state that its a copy this in the listing, otherwise the buyer will have a genuine gripe as they are probably expecting the original.

    If it is a copy then it a counterfeit of the orginal and is a viloation of the e-bay TOS, regardless of any copyright violation.

  6. I assume by your last that Mr. Glyn no longer holds the copyright. I have no idea if that is the case, but your auction omits any reference to provenance.

    I would buy it for the $1175 Buy it now price, but I sure as hell not gonna pay $20 for shipping!!! :cool:

    People really, PTJ had image problems with the video, that is the ONLY reason why he tries to prevent it from wide circulation...
