You can buy it off the website you posted. No idea if its good or not. But on surface it does say new science and its from 2001. Not a good start for the money in my opinion. Its a bit pricey. He has a website with links to sell all kinds of teaching materials. I love to read and love to learn, this on the surface doesn't look like i would even pick it up from the shelve to read. It reads that its largely about programming i assume. So it would seem largely out of date for that.
