Trader PnL 2017

Thanks for posting this up guys. People around here love to complain when people don't show results and then people do, crickets.

System needs tweaking and another backtest?

 

I suppose @comingkingofisrael was being sarcastic. Well, backtesting has served me well over the years.

Week 50/52: 1,379

 

Better than expected.

Week 51/52: 5,831

 

Nothing to report for the last 3 weeks: my system didn't make any trades. However, it managed to make it to the #1 spot on the FundSeeder leader-board, based on the Sortino ratio and the Gain-to-Pain ratio. That's a good accomplishment for me.

 

Some issues this week but still a good ending to the year.

Nice, what was ytd?

 

Very poor, something like 35k. I had a terrible first half of the year and I started changing my strategies during that time and dropping some, adding some as well. I'm more conservative and comfortable ever since.
